So? Did you figure it out?The picture is of the "IDIT" who let B through but then made us stop (even though we were RIGHT behind B and there were NO cars coming behind us) so the Lowe's truck (also pictured) could pull out of a driveway.

OK, without help, my guess was "That guy is my dad" which kind of makes it even funnier that I think it really says "That guy is an idiot". LOL Sorry, B. :)
