This weekend we went camping with three other families (8 adults and 10 kids total) at a campground in the redwoods along the Eel River north of Garberville. We had SO much fun! It was SUPER hot, there were tons of mosquitoes, the kids were filthy, and the drinks were flowing!
Our friends all have campers/trailers, so they kept us well fed (we provided s'mores, chips, lunch stuff, hot cocoa, etc.) and less stressed about hauling all of our camping gear up and back. Without your help, we would not have been so at ease. Thanks, Friends!
We saw this neat cloud on the drive up there but a minor memory card mishap caused me to lose the best picture of it. While this picture is good, it doesn't really do the cloud justice. Very interesting, though!
